Just enter City/Town name (or a part of it) and the total COUNT of the VOTERS of that town gets listed by precinct that they voted in even though they live in the City/Town that you requested.
Part 2 of this coming soon will allow you to see the details of the people that voted incorrectly.
You will notice lots of voters that live in one precinct vote in another.
